The binary for ‘ooacquire’ 0.1.4.9003 was missing the vignettes. I have corrected this and made some improvements to the handling of calibration data. Corrected bad data in example calibration for channel 2 of Jaz spectrometer. I also added a Remotes: section to DESCRIPTION which when installing through ‘devtools’ should update other packages in the r4photobiology suite automatically from Bitbucket when needed.
