Update

photobiology 0.6.6

A user reported that function day_night() was not vectorized as stated in the documentation. This bug has been fixed, and now day_night() and the new functions noon_time(), sunrise_time(), sunset_time(), day_length() and night_length() are all vectorized for the date parameter. The default tz for all the functions in now "UTC", to match the default time zone used to obtain the default for date. The former t parameter of day_night() has been renamed date for clarity. The former t parameter of sun_angles() has been renamed time for clarity and consistency of naming style. The parameter twilight in addition to character strings for standard definitions, now accepts a numeric value directly giving an angle, above or below the horizon.

Package lubridate is no longer imported, so to use functions from package lubridate in their own code, users must explicitly load it using library().

These changes, may break old user code! (but needed changes will be minor).

NOTE: Sources, and Windows binaries for R 3.1.x and R 3.2.x, are now available in the repository.
