New major updates

I intend not to add new functionality to these two packages in the near future, I intend to limit the next few updates to bug fixes and documentation and error-reporting improvements, and to publicly release these packages soon. I will soon edit this post to add a list of the most significant changes and additions.

photobiology 0.5.1

Lots of new functionality added, and some changes could need small user-code edits, hence, the jump to the 0.5.x version series. A few intermediate versions were not released, so check in the NEWS file also the changes listed for versions 0.4.9-0.4.11.

Vignette User Guide was updated with a description of the new functions added.

NOT completely backwards compatible.

photobiologygg 0.2.0

Lots of new functionality added, and some changes could need small user-code edits, hence, the jump to the 0.2.x version series.

Vignette User Guide was updated with a description of the new functions added.

photobiologyLamps 0.2.0, photobiologyLEDs 0.2.0, photobiologyFilters 0.2.0, photobiologyWavebands 0.2.0

Updated, in most cases just the vignettes, to work correctly with the new versions photobiology 0.5.1 and photobiologygg 0.2.0

NOTE: I have done a lot of testing but as these revisions include lots of new code, and functionality, some bugs may have remained undiscovered, as well as possibly unintended changes in behaviour. However, there are also changes in behaviour, which I have done on purpose.

NOTE: Sources, and Windows binaries for R 3.1.x, are now available in the repository. If you update, then, please, update all these packages, as they depend on each other.
